bloodwritesThis is the Transformative Works Policy for bloodwrites, including all single-author works published under that name or any prior pseudonyms on AO3 or elsewhere.
You're free to transform my fanworks (translate, remix, podfic, fanvid, fanart, continuation, sequel, etc) without asking, provided you:
- credit me and link to the source work
- allow others to transform likewise
- do not profit from it1
When posting on AO3, use the 'work inspired by' function to link. If not on AO3, contact me so I can link to it.
If continuing an unfinished work, DO NOT REPOST MY WORK. AO3's 'work inspired by' function will link them. Point out your work is a continuation in the notes.
Important!
I DO NOT give permission for my fanfiction to be archived or uploaded elsewhere. Yes, that includes Wattpad.
Ebook downloads of my work are available on AO3 and can be freely shared, as long as they are unmodified.
I DO NOT give permission for my fanfiction to be added to Goodreads.
I DO NOT give permission for my fanfiction to be 'converted' to another fandom/pairing.
I DO NOT give permission for my fanfiction to be run through any kind of AI, be it for machine learning or AI voice reader channels on youtube or tiktok or similar or 'audible for ao3' apps.
- No paid commissions, no patreon-locked/paywalled works, no monetised YouTube readings, no ko-fi or other tip links in the notes. This is an incomplete list of examples. If in doubt, ask.
